The care my mom received was excellent. The staff are so good and helpful — she was treated with so much respect and dignity. Her room was always clean and tidy. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for elderly care.
My mom had been a resident for 7 years with dementia. The owner, staff and manager go above and beyond. True angels — they became her family. At the end of her life she felt loved and passed away peacefully in her lovely room feeling safe.
I cannot heap enough praise on the whole team. My 94-year-old mom arrived bedbound and unresponsive. After just two weeks she was joining in with activities and actually walked into the visiting room with a smile — something I didn't think I'd see again.
Staff have, without exception, been wonderful, caring and compassionate. They kept my father safe throughout the pandemic with great competence and sensitivity. I cannot praise them highly enough for nearly four years of outstanding care.
The care my dad received was absolutely wonderful. All the staff are so kind and kept me informed throughout. He really praises the food. Nothing was ever too much trouble — it felt like he was part of The Leylands family.
I cannot thank the manager and wonderful staff enough. They were so caring with Dad and even accommodated our wishes for Punjabi vegetarian food. They were brilliant at keeping us updated throughout his stay. Thank God for people like you.
