Our relative was a resident for four and a half years, receiving end-of-life care in her final months. We wish to thank the team for the care, respect and kindness they showed throughout — particularly during her last months when she had especially demanding health issues. We are comforted that this was her home at her most challenging time.
If you're looking for a care home where your loved one will be treated like one of the family, this is the place. I couldn't have asked for a more loving environment for my uncle. Despite his cancer diagnosis, there was still plenty of laughter. In his last days I stayed with him and everyone was so kind — I felt completely supported and never alone. The staff's help comes from a place of experience and love. Just wonderful.
My mum was there from March 2021 until she passed away. They always took the best care of her, made sure she was comfortable and arranged palliative care for her. I was always kept informed of her health. They have been very supportive and caring — I can't thank them enough.
My dad was admitted for end of life care and was there for 2 weeks. The management and staff were absolutely amazing — not only in their care of my dad but also in the way they looked after us as a family. Nothing was too much trouble. Dad was treated with dignity and the staff went above and beyond. Even with quite a lot of us visiting, there were no restrictions. I cannot praise these wonderful people enough.
